Our client, a leading international advisory and consulting firm — is expanding its Insurance Finance Transformation Advisory team and is seeking ambitious Senior Associates to join a growing and highly regarded practice.
This is an opportunity to build specialist experience at the intersection of insurance accounting, finance transformation and advisory.
For those currently working in insurance finance, accounting, actuarial support or audit, this role offers a genuine pathway into consulting and transformation work.
What you’ll be doing
Working alongside experienced practitioners, you’ll support a wide range of projects including:
- Finance transformation programmes
- Accounting advisory engagements
- IFRS 17 implementation and post-implementation optimisation
- Technical accounting analysis
- Accounting policy and reporting support
- Finance process improvement
- Data, systems and reporting enhancement
- Technology and AI-enabled finance transformation
You’ll work with finance, actuarial and technology specialists to deliver practical and commercially focused solutions for insurance clients.
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- Experience within FS Audit (Insurance / AWM) or Insurance Finance
- You hold a professional qualification – ACA / CA / ACCA / IIA (or equivalent)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
- Interest in finance transformation and advisory
- Curiosity around digital finance, technology and AI
- Strong communication and stakeholder skills
- A collaborative and inquisitive mindset
