Our client is a leading engineering business, who as a result of some strong sustained growth, needs to appoint an ambitious Electrical Controls Engineer.
Reporting to the senior management team, you will play an integral part in the provision of project specific software for the businesses products. Specifically you shall be responsible for;
- Programming of control systems compliant with project requirements
- Evaluation and testing functional performance prior to commissioning
- Remote support of commissioning engineers
- Meeting delivery deadlines and project budgets
It is expected that you shall come from an Electrical/Software Engineering background and have demonstrable experience of;
- PLC programming in ladder logic (either Mitsubishi or Allen Bradley),
- HMI programming and configuration (ideally Beijers, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi)
- Basic computer networking (IP Configuration, DHCP, DNS)
