The Role
Working across a range of projects, you will oversee specialist installation works, ensuring high standards of health and safety, installation quality and client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising day-to-day site activities and installation teams to ensure works are completed safely and efficiently.
- Monitoring installation quality and ensuring work meets the required specifications and standards.
- Maintaining high health and safety standards and ensuring site procedures are followed.
- Liaising with clients, main contractors and subcontractors to coordinate works and deliver successful project outcomes.
- Coordinating labour, materials, deliveries and site access to keep projects on programme.
- Monitoring progress, maintaining site records and reporting any issues, delays or defects.
- Assisting with inspections, snagging, remedial works and project handovers.
About You
- Experience supervising construction site activities, ideally within façade, windows, doors, walling or external building systems.
- Strong understanding of site health and safety, quality assurance and construction procedures.
- SMSTS certification and a valid Black or Gold CSCS card.
- Ability to interpret drawings and specifications and recognise quality or installation issues.
- Confident communicating with clients, contractors and site teams.
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn and ambition to develop within the business.
- Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel to projects across the UK.
