About the Role
- You’ll effectively run your own desk with the support of first-class training, personal coaching, marketing resources, and a suite of digital tools.
- You’ll work with a wide range of candidates and clients, providing expert advice and matching the best talent to the best opportunities.
- You’ll manage the full recruitment cycle—from building client relationships and gathering requirements to candidate sourcing, vacancy management, and salary negotiation.
About You
- Experience in transactional finance recruitment is a bonus, but not essential—we welcome applications from consultants looking to move markets.
- You’ll share our values-based approach, have a strong work ethic, and thrive in a collaborative environment.
- A keen business interest and the desire to learn from the best are essential.
