Role Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to join a dynamic Building Services team. Some of your responsibilities will involve:
- Leading the mechanical design for relevant building services systems as per project requirements.
- Producing drawings, calculations, and technical specifications.
- Liaising with clients and multidisciplinary teams as required to meet project demands.
- Supporting project delivery from feasibility to handover, including conducting site inspections.
- Mentoring junior engineers and contributing to the wider team development.
- Promoting sustainable, energy-efficient design solutions.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A degree in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in mechanical design within building services,
- Experience in team leadership/management and project leadership in a consultancy environment.
- Proficiency with industry standard software: AutoCAD, Revit, Hevacomp, IESVE, etc.
- Strong understanding of UK building regulations and CIBSE/BS standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
