Senior Finance Business Partner – Ayrshire with hybrid working

Lusona has an excellent opportunity for a Finance Business Partner to join our rapidly expanding client in the service sector. The company is going through an exciting period of transformation and the successful candidate will play a key part in the decision-making process by presenting in-depth financial and management information to the board.
The main remit will include:
- Leading capital investment appraisals and project reporting
- Developing the functionality and management information downloaded from the ERP system
- Development of new cross-company KPI’s with variance analysis and commentary
- Supporting the Financial Controller in preparing and reviewing the monthly management accounts within timely deadlines
- Implementing key financial reporting models including management accounts, budget/forecasting models
- Supporting the preparation of monthly board pack with detailed variance analysis and supporting data
- Assisting with the annual budgets and rolling forecasts, including P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and Capital expenditure schedules
- Deputise for Financial Controller when required
- Responsible for preparation and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts in line with the month-end timetable
The successful candidate must be fully qualified ACCA, CIMA or ICAS, have strong commercial finance experience and advanced Excel skills. Candidates must be confident, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
