Due to continued growth, this national commercial law firm is looking to expand the Corporate team and has 2 new opportunities available in Glasgow or Edinburgh for a Senior Associate to join the team.

The Corporate team in Scotland is an established practice operating across Edinburgh and Glasgow with extensive experience advising on a full range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, MBOs, MBIs, private equity and venture capital fundraisers, shareholder arrangements, disposals and joint ventures. They act for local, national and international clients across a wide range of sectors and have developed expertise working with businesses in the healthcare, technology, manufacturing, sports  and media sectors.

Central to the Scottish and national corporate framework, this role offers a wide range of corporate work from M&A deals, joint ventures and shareholder arrangements through to capital fundraising, compliance and corporate governance. You’ll be joining a dynamic and thriving group therefore your experience in managing transactions across all stages will be helpful. The role will see you take ownership as well assisting on larger, more complex matters.

There are opportunities available in both locations, and applications are welcome from either locally based Corporate lawyers or relocators back to Scotland.
