We're looking for a detail-focused Sales Ledger Assistant to join a busy finance team. This is a varied role supporting banking, sales ledger and new account administration.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Process daily banking and cash reconciliations
  • Post and allocate customer payments
  • Resolve banking discrepancies with branches
  • Support sales ledger and customer account administration
  • Process new account applications and credit checks
  • Produce reports and maintain accurate financial records

 

What We're Looking For

  • Previous finance, accounts or administration experience
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good working knowledge of Excel
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
