We're looking for a detail-focused Sales Ledger Assistant to join a busy finance team. This is a varied role supporting banking, sales ledger and new account administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Process daily banking and cash reconciliations
- Post and allocate customer payments
- Resolve banking discrepancies with branches
- Support sales ledger and customer account administration
- Process new account applications and credit checks
- Produce reports and maintain accurate financial records
What We're Looking For
- Previous finance, accounts or administration experience
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Good working knowledge of Excel
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
