Sales Co-Ordinator

We’re looking for a driven and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to support our growing presence in the North of. In this role, you’ll be the link between customers, the sales team, and operations — ensuring projects run smoothly from first enquiry to final delivery.


What You’ll Do

  • Manage enquiries from new and existing customers, preparing quotes and securing orders.

  • Build and nurture strong client relationships, acting as a trusted technical and commercial contact.

  • Support the sales process from pricing through to project completion.

  • Work closely with operations, logistics, and service teams to deliver on time and on budget.

  • Represent the company at showroom visits, trade shows, and industry events.

  • Keep CRM systems, forecasts, and bid tracking accurate and up to date.

  • Stay informed on building regulations, product developments, and competitor activity.


What We’re Looking For

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Teams, PowerPoint).

  • Attention to detail with a focus on delivering great customer experiences.

  • Experience in sales coordination, construction, or a technical role is an advantage.

  • Clean driving licence required.
