We’re looking for a driven and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to support our growing presence in the North of. In this role, you’ll be the link between customers, the sales team, and operations — ensuring projects run smoothly from first enquiry to final delivery.
What You’ll Do

Manage enquiries from new and existing customers, preparing quotes and securing orders.

Build and nurture strong client relationships, acting as a trusted technical and commercial contact.

Support the sales process from pricing through to project completion.

Work closely with operations, logistics, and service teams to deliver on time and on budget.

Represent the company at showroom visits, trade shows, and industry events.

Keep CRM systems, forecasts, and bid tracking accurate and up to date.

Stay informed on building regulations, product developments, and competitor activity.
What We’re Looking For

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Teams, PowerPoint).

Attention to detail with a focus on delivering great customer experiences.

Experience in sales coordination, construction, or a technical role is an advantage.

Clean driving licence required.
