Sales Co-ordinator

Are you a confident communicator with a passion for delivering high-quality project coordination? We're looking for a Sales Coordinator to play a pivotal role in supporting our clients sales strategy and managing customer projects from initial enquiry through to delivery.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you’ll work cross-functionally across technical, sales, and operational teams. The role is broad and varied but you shall be involved in a range of duties, including;

  • Coordinate all aspects of customer projects from enquiry to quote, order, and delivery.

  • Provide technical guidance and advice on the clients high-quality product range.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships within your region.

  • Ensure timely and accurate quote generation, bid follow-up, and CRM updates.

  • Support project budgeting, margin management, and procurement of materials/services.

  • Liaise closely with internal departments including logistics, service, and international sales teams.

  • Represent the company at trade shows, showroom visits, and exhibitions occasionally.

  • Drive customer approval for production, ensuring compliance with regulations and commercial objectives.

  • Identify and develop key customer accounts while staying up to date with industry standards and competitor offerings.

We are looking for someone with;

  • Experience in a similar customer-focused, technical sales or project coordination role.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple live projects.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Commercially minded with an understanding of margins, pricing, and budgets.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is an advantage.

  • Knowledge of construction, glazing, or building materials is a plus.
