An exciting opportunity has been created for a Property Solicitor to join this long established law firm based in Stirling. Due to a need for succession planning, they are looking to recruit a Rural and/or Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of c2 years of relevant PQE however Solicitors with significantly more experience are also invited to apply.

The range of work on offer will lean towards rural property as the firm has a large farming client base - this includes general conveyancing, diversification and energy related work. There is a strong overlap with commercial property, particularly residential development which will often take place on rural land.

The successful candidate will work very closely with one of the Directors and immediately start to take on board some of their existing client base - with timescales for full handover likely to be within the next 2 years.
