A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Real Estate Associate or Senior Associate to join a growing commercial real estate team at a forward-thinking law firm with ambitious expansion plans.

This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer looking to play a visible role within a close-knit team, working directly with clients and taking ownership of high-quality transactions from the outset. The team advises a diverse client base including investors, developers, funders, occupiers, landowners and owner-managed businesses across a broad range of sectors. 

The role offers exposure to a varied commercial property workload, including acquisitions and disposals, leasing, property finance, development projects and cross-border transactions. Clients operate across a range of sectors including hospitality and leisure, professional services, manufacturing and property development, ensuring a consistently interesting and diverse caseload. 

Particular expertise within the team includes advising hotel owners, investors and operators on acquisitions, disposals, funding arrangements and portfolio management, providing an opportunity to gain exposure to a specialist and active area of the market. 

Candidates can expect a high level of client contact and the opportunity to work closely with key decision-makers who value pragmatic, commercially focused advice. The Ideal Candidate

• Dual Qualified Solicitor with experience in Commercial Real Estate 
• Scottish Solicitors who are keen to dual qualify are also welcome to apply
• Associate or Senior Associate level
• Strong technical knowledge and drafting skills
• Commercially minded with excellent client relationship skills
• Keen to take on responsibility and develop their own profile
