Are you a talented Real Estate Associate looking to join a dynamic, globally recognised legal team? Our client, a prestigious international law firm with a strong presence in Scotland, is seeking a driven and commercially minded Associate to join their award-winning Real Estate practice.
About the Role
You’ll be part of a collaborative and high-performing team that advises on a wide range of real estate transactions, including development, infrastructure, investment acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, and real estate finance. The firm supports a diverse client base, including major retailers, financial institutions, developers, and public sector bodies.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile projects such as:
- Major regeneration and infrastructure developments
- Portfolio management for household-name retailers
- High-value investment transactions and real estate funding deals
What You’ll Need
- Experience in commercial real estate transactions, including drafting and negotiating sale/purchase contracts, leases, and development agreements
- Strong due diligence skills, including title review and reporting
- Ability to work collaboratively with planning, construction, and finance teams
- A proactive, client-focused approach with excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Ideal Candidate
You’ll be a qualified solicitor with 2–5 years’ PQE in real estate law, though candidates outside this range will be considered based on experience.
