Solicitor or Associate/Senior Associate – Residential Conveyancing (& Private Client)
Location: Clydebank
Type: Hybrid with 1 day WFH and Full or Part-time hours available
A long‑established, well‑regarded law firm is seeking a Solicitor or Associate with experience in Residential Conveyancing (Private Client experience a bonus) to join their expanding team.
The Role
You will manage a varied caseload including:
- Residential property transactions (sales, purchases, remortgages, dispositions, transfers of title)
- Wills, Powers of Attorney, and Executries - if desired
- Providing clear, client‑focused legal advice
- Supporting the continued development of the department
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Traineeship or post‑qualification experience in residential conveyancing
- Strong communication and client‑care skills
- The ability to manage files independently
- A proactive, organised and detail‑focused approach
