Our client is a leading industrial manufacturer, who as a result of internal changes they require an Engineering Project Manager to lead multiple long-term projects.

Reporting to the Project Director you will take the lead for overall direction and execution of all new product company projects, ensuring compliance with strategy, goals & objectives.

Specifically, you shall –

• Lead the planning & implementation of various projects.
• Work with all internal departments to scope and define the project.
• Lead the project from the initial handover to install and commissioning.
• Work to ensure that the project is delivered on time, on cost, within budget and quality standards
• Produce regular project updates, identifying areas of concern and development

It is expected that you will have an engineering background, either mechanical or electrical, with hands on project skills. An ability to read and interpret a CAD drawing is a distinct advantage, as is a background in engineering manufacture. First class communication skills are a prerequisite, as is staff management and development experience.
