Are you an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in delivering high-quality construction or retrofit projects? We’re looking for a dynamic professional to join a well-established contractor renowned for excellence in housing improvement and energy efficiency works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain strong relationships and smooth project execution.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and implement solutions to overcome challenges.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in project management within construction, housing improvement, or retrofit sectors.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and stakeholder expectations effectively. 
• Knowledge of energy efficiency measures and PAS 2035 standards is advantageous.
• Knowledge of energy efficiency measures of EWI is advantageous.
