The Role
As Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Strategic Sourcing: Identifying and negotiating with key suppliers to deliver cost savings and service enhancements.
- Supplier Management: Overseeing vendor performance, managing contracts, and resolving issues proactively.
- Policy Compliance: Ensuring procurement practices align with internal controls and governance standards.
- Spend Analysis: Monitoring and reporting on procurement spend to identify optimisation opportunities.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partnering with Finance, Legal, and Operations to support business-wide procurement needs.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Proven experience (typically 5–8 years) in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Experience with Oracle iProcurement.
- Solid understanding of procurement controls, risk, and compliance.
- Relevant degree and/or CIPS qualification preferred.
