Private Client / Executry Solicitor

An established and well‑regarded Scottish law firm is looking to appoint a Private Client / Executry Solicitor to join its busy team.

The role sits within the executry team and offers the opportunity to work on a varied and high‑quality private client caseload in a supportive and professional environment.

The Role

You will be involved in all aspects of executry work, including:

• Managing executry files from inception to conclusion
• Drafting wills and powers of attorney
• Estate administration and trust work
• Advising clients on inheritance tax and succession planning
• Regular client contact and relationship management

Candidate Profile

• Qualified Solicitor (Scottish qualified), or due to qualify shortly
• Experience in executry and private client matters preferred
• Strong drafting, organisational and client‑facing skills
• A proactive and collaborative approach to work
