An established and highly regarded law firm is seeking a Private Client Senior Associate to join their team in Edinburgh. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to work on a diverse caseload within a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a varied portfolio of private client matters, including executries, wills and powers of attorney
- Providing clear, practical advice to clients
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor in Scotland with demonstrable experience in private client work.
- Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage workload effectively and work both independently and as part of a team.
