A major global consulting and advisory firm is making a significant investment into its Pillar Two capability and is now looking to appoint multiple Senior Managers across the UK.

With Pillar Two legislation now coming into effect, demand from multinational groups has surged, creating an urgent need for experienced tax professionals who can lead complex engagements and help shape scalable delivery solutions for the future.

This is a genuinely market-leading opportunity to join a high-profile team advising some of the world’s largest and most sophisticated businesses, including FTSE100 and S&P500 organisations.

The role will involve:

• Leading Pillar Two compliance engagements
• Managing multinational client relationships
• Reviewing complex compliance calculations and tax reporting deliverables
• Driving process improvement initiatives
• Leveraging AI, automation and data mapping solutions to modernise compliance delivery
• Coaching and mentoring Managers and wider team members
• Working collaboratively with international delivery centres and specialist tax teams

While prior Pillar Two experience is highly desirable, the firm is also very interested in speaking with Senior Managers and experienced Managers from:

• Corporate Tax Compliance
• Tax Accounting
• International Tax
• Large Corporate / Multinational Tax teams

Comprehensive training and technical support will be provided for strong individuals transitioning into Pillar Two.

The business is flexible on hiring structure and will consider:

• Permanent appointments
• Fixed-term contracts
• Experienced interim professionals
• Reloactors from overseas with Pillar II experiecne

To be considered, you will ideally possess:

• ACA / CA / CTA / ACCA / ATT qualification (or equivalent)
• Strong corporate tax expertise (UK tax preferred)
• Experience managing complex client portfolios
• Leadership and coaching capability
• Commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills
• Interest in innovation, AI and operational transformation within tax
