A prestigious offshore law firm is seeking a talented and personable Pensions Associate to join its highly regarded Trust & Private Wealth team. This is a rare opportunity to work across both Jersey and Guernsey, advising a broad client base including pension providers, trustees, and employers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting and amending pension scheme documentation
• Advising on complex pension regulatory and legislative matters
• Supporting corporate transactions with specialist pensions input
• Working closely with senior lawyers across jurisdictions

Candidate Profile:

• 2–4 years PQE with a strong background in pensions law
• Qualified in a Commonwealth jurisdiction
• Excellent academic credentials and top-tier training
• Willingness to travel between Jersey and Guernsey
