Lusona are currently recruiting for an experienced Payroll Assistant for a client based in Glasgow City Centre. Our client is a well-established Chartered Accountants and are looking to recruit a part time payroll assistant on a permanent basis.
Main Responsibilities:
- Process weekly, fortnightly and monthly payroll a broad range of clients
- Resolving pay related queries and liaising with clients regarding payroll matters
- Ensuring Payroll deadlines are met
- Preparing payroll reports and documentation
- Producing P60s
- Processing and completing multiple employers and employee pension schemes
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience of working within CA or Payroll Bureau
- SAGE Experience
- Excellent communication skills and confident telephone manner
- Confident with Excel and Word Microsoft Packages
This is a part-time position with hybrid working
