Salary up to £32K (DOE)

Join Lusona Consultancy’s service sector client within Glasgow City Centre for the role of 'Payroll Administrator'. Reporting to the wider finance team this role will be responsible for providing key reports to the business and support the weekly payroll processing.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Process day to day operation of the weekly staff payroll
  • Process relevant deductions where applicable
  • Process statutory payments/reductions in line with governing bodies
  • Produce weekly and monthly reports for the business
  • Process weekly invoices
  • Communicate with other departments to resolve any in house queries
  • Work as part of the larger team to ensure a smooth payroll system
  • Update back office systems, recording any changes to pay details

Applicants will have previous experience of working within a payroll position. You will have excellent communication skills to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, as well as good working knowledge of excel. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who would like to progress and learn within a fast-paced environment.
