A promising opportunity for a part-qualified Auditor within a well-known and highly respected firm of Chartered Accountants in Edinburgh. The team is currently working remotely and has adapted successfully to new safety measures ensuring regular team communication, training, and support.

Joining a dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of Audit clients including those from technology, scientific, charity, property, and financial services sectors - while continuing to work towards professional qualification. The Audit practice has adopted a real forward-thinking approach to audit; investing time and energy into new and more efficient ways of working through new software and a focus on data analytics. They are keen to hear from candidates who share their interests in new technologies and process improvement.

Ideally, you will be a part-qualified CA or ACCA with experience of audit and accounts preparation gained within an accountancy practice. You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, colleagues, and Senior Management. You will demonstrate strong commercial acumen and attention to detail, as well as an ability to work to deadlines and suggest suitable solutions to problems encountered. Experience of relevant software including CCH, Sage, Xero, Caseware IDEA and Microsoft Office Packages preferred.
