Part-Qualified Auditor (ICAS or ACCA) required to join this long-established and highly regarded medium-sized CA firm in Glasgow. This is an excellent opportunity for an auditor looking to work with a more varied client portfolio, or to gain more experience leading and supporting audit assignments within a supportive team.

Working on a hybrid (office/home) basis, you will work on a variation of interesting audit assignments across commercial, public and charity sectors. Key responsibilities include:

• Involvement with audit planning                                                                                                             
• Supervising and reviewing work of junior members of the team on client site
• Taking the lead on smaller audits as you progress 
• Maintaining regular communication with clients
• Reporting any issues to management, keeping them updated on audit progress
• Taking pride and ownership of all assignments from planning stages through to completion

You will have:

• 1-2 years’ experience working in external audit or an audit/accounts role
• Experience preparing financial statements
• Relevant technical accounting knowledge
• Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills
