Management Accountant
Glasgow City Centre
Salary up £50k (DOE)

Lusona Consultancy is delighted to be partnering with a highly successful Professional services organisation to recruit a Management Accountant to join their office in Glasgow City Centre. You will play a key role in supporting the financial performance of the business across a multi-site environment and will be responsible for 1 direct report. This position offers broad exposure across the finance function and the wider organisation and would be suited to a Part or newly qualified accountant looking to take their next step in their career. 

Responsibilities will include:

• Preparing monthly management accounts and financial statements
• Managing budgeting and forecasting processes
• Consolidated accounting across a multi-site environment 
• Handling accruals, prepayments, and maintaining accurate financial records
• Producing insightful financial reports to support strategic decision-making
• Supporting compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
• Collaborating with operational teams to understand performance drivers
• Providing analysis on financial trends and performance

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-driven finance professional who enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will bring:

• Strong experience preparing and analysing financial statements
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into meaningful insight
• A proactive approach, strong organisation, and attention to detail
• Advanced Excel and competency with accounting systems
• Professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA) or working towards this (preferred)
