Salary up to £48K (DOE) + Benefits + Hybrid Working

Lusona are currently supporting their global client within the service sector for the role of ‘Management Accountant’ based in Glasgow. Reporting in to senior management you will be working within a high-profile and exciting area of the business, as part of a close-knit team. Your responsibilities will include and not be limited to:

• Overseeing the P&L and balance sheet via reporting and analysis
• Working as part of a team to assist with the posting of journals and relevant reconciliations within the balance sheet
• Analysing large sets of data
• Collaborating with senior management on a regular basis providing commentary on financial reports
• Working closely with the external and internal auditors
• Supporting and developing junior members of the team and continuously driving process improvement

The successful candidate will be a fully qualified accountant (CA/ACCA/ACA), ideally with a minimum of 2 years post qualified experience. Applicants currently working within Accountancy Practice will be considered, however, it is preferable that you originate from an audit background and have now gained further experience within an industry-based role. Above all, it is essential that you have strong excel skills and are proficient in analysing large volumes of data. You will also have the ability to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced international business.
