This well-known financial services organisation is looking to appoint an additional Solicitor to the Corporate/M&A team ideally based in Edinburgh.

Applicants will have between 1-6 years of PQE gained in a corporate transactional role either In-House or from Private Practice.

The successful candidate will join a small team of 4 who are split across London and Edinburgh, the role can primarily be based from home/remote as long as you are prepared to come into the office 1-2 days/week.

The work on offer will cover the full spectrum of corporate deals including sales, acquisitions and joint ventures whilst also instructing external solicitors.
