Interim Finance Transformation Lead – Glasgow

Lusona is supporting our Glasgow-based client in the service sector to source suitable applicants for the above role, to lead several transformation and restructuring projects.

Working closely with the CFO and the Head of Finance, the successful applicant will be responsible for assessing current processes and controls and creating a detailed improvement plan. This will include:

• Assessing and simplifying the current legal entity structure and reducing the number of trading companies within the Group
• Reviewing supplier and customer contracts
• TUPE transfer of staff, managing any pension implications, bank account changes, and the transfer of assets and liabilities between companies
• Assessing internal processes and procedures, and highlighting any required changes to ensure a smooth month end process
• In addition to the above there will be other ad hoc projects which are still to be determined.
