Interim Finance Business Performance Manager - Renfrewshire
Salary up to £70,000
Lusona is supporting our Global manufacturing client in Renfrewshire to source suitable applicants for the post of interim Finance Business Performance Manager. Reporting to the FD, the successful candidate will work closely with the business to lead the transformation of the finance business partnering function.
The main duties will include:
- Reviewing reporting processes, controls, and related process applications across the business to evaluate consistency and effectiveness
- Implementation of best practices across the business to improve management information and their understanding of KPIs
- Working with the Group finance team to understand the business needs and drive initiatives
- Communication and documentation of new processes
- Provide regular communication forums for the exchange of ideas and information
- Lead strategic planning sessions to define priorities and objectives
It is essential that applicants are fully qualified, ACCA, CIMA or ICAS and have previous experience in leading the transformation of the management reporting and finance business partnering function in a large company.
This is an interim role and may lead to a permanent opportunity. Salary up to £70k. The client will offer hybrid working.
