Interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO) - 6 Month Contract - Lanarkshire

Lusona is partnering with a dynamic manufacturing and distribution company in Lanarkshire, experiencing significant growth, to recruit an Interim CFO for a six-month contract.

In this pivotal role, you will:

• Lead and manage a large finance team.
• Assume full responsibility for the company's financial operations.
• Oversee the accounting and reporting functions, including financial statement preparation, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Manage the organisation's financial resources, including cash flow, investments, and debt.
• Assess and manage risk, including financial, operational, and reputational risks.
• Advise the MD and other members of the executive team on financial matters.
• Represent the organisation with investors, lenders, and other external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Ensure robust financial controls and reporting.

Ideally, candidates will possess prior experience in the manufacturing sector; however, we welcome applications from highly qualified finance professionals from other industries.
