Lusona Financial Services are recruiting for an experienced financial services administrator for a Chartered IFA in Glasgow.  Working with the company directors and chartered planners you will provide full administration support for both private and corporate client work.

As a financial services administrator, you will be part of a small team that is very supportive and you will be provided the opportunity to develop your skills and study towards your level 4 qualification if you are keen to achieve this. 

You will be responsible for processing new business and renewals, valuations, liaising with lenders, updating the intelligent office system, and liaising with both internal and external stakeholders.

Ideally, you will be working within an IFA practice in a similar role and be capable of working independently and as part of a team.  You will have good IT skills and be familiar with a variety of platforms.  Ideally, you will be familiar with Intelligent Office

A basic salary of up to £26K is on offer for this role along with a generous benefits package.
