Lusona is recruiting for an experienced HR Resourcing Associate to join a thriving professional practice firm in their Edinburgh head office.  This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking company with an excellent reputation within the industry.

You will report directly to the HR Manager and have a variety of responsibilities which include: 

 

  • Taking ownership of recruitment for all departments - manage vacancies and applicants through all recruitment stages – advertising, shortlisting, interview, onboarding, and compliance
  • Provide support to the recruitment manager with regards to attracting the right candidates, interview process, and onboarding of candidates
  • Maintain contact with candidates and managers throughout the recruitment process
  • Develop relationships with the firms 3rd party agency to ensure all offshore recruitment and onboarding requirements are met
  • Assist employees with any HR queries and provide information and guidance on HR procedures and policies
  • Ensure the payroll department has the relevant information to process salaries
  • Support senior management with HR updates
  • Update the HR system including employee records and training
  • Produce regular MI reports
  • Provide contracts of employment, employee benefits information (including study support agreements), onboarding and offboarding information
  • Manage employee recognition scheme
  • Provide information for benchmarking salaries
  • Implement any changes in the recruitment and onboarding process which you feel may be beneficial
  • Manage training and development programs for the different departments
  • Ensure all company policies are up to date

 

Ideally, you will be working within a similar role within a professional practice firm, and hold your CIPD qualification or equivalent.  You will have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate with stakeholders and potential employees.  As you will be working in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail and accuracy is important.

This is a full time position – flexible working is available, basic salary is negotiable (DOE) and our client offers a generous benefits package.
