HR Manager

Our client is a leading Scottish business, who as a result of some internal changes need to appoint an Interim HR Manager for their Lanarkshire based operation.


Reporting to the senior management team, the primary purpose of the role is overseeing and executing the HR practices and processes of the business. This is a varied role, but some of the key duties will include;


  • Create and roll out new 1-1, appraisal and performance management system for the business.
  • Implement and manage the roll out of new bonus system.
  • Assisting with the process of recruitment, onboarding and off boarding as required
  • Attend and facilitate monthly meetings with the Exec team.
  • Provide first line advice to the business, its leaders and employees.
  • Participate in the implementation of specific projects, procedures.
