Interim Group Financial Controller – Glasgow City Centre with hybrid working 

Six Month Contract 

Salary – up to £100k plus benefits

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Group Financial Controller to join one of our international clients in Glasgow. As a key member of the leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial performance and ensuring the company's continued success.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the financial operations of the group, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Leading and managing a large team of finance professionals, providing guidance and mentorship.
• Analysing financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.
• Collaborating with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Group Financial Controller or in a similar senior finance role.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective leadership and communication abilities.
• A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) is essential.
