We're seeking a seasoned Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to join our client in the service sector. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of the organisation by providing strategic guidance and in-depth analysis to support informed decision-making.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee the entire FP&A process, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.
• Conduct insightful financial analysis to identify trends, assess risks, and uncover growth opportunities.
• Prepare clear and concise reports that communicate complex financial information to senior management.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Stay abreast of current financial trends and regulations to ensure compliance.

Who You Are:

• A fully qualified accountant – ACCA, CIMA and ICAS with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial FP&A role.
• Proven expertise in financial modelling, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate financial data into clear, actionable insights.
