FP&A Manager – Glasgow with hybrid working

Salary £60k to £70k plus excellent benefits

Lusona is supporting our leading Blue-chip client in the service sector to source suitable applicants for the post of FP&A Manager.

Reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance, the successful candidate will provide insightful commentary on monthly forecasts and budgets to senior leaders on management and statutory accounts. This new and integral role will lead certain aspects of the Forecast and Budget process and become the region's super-user of Planning and Consolidation Tools.

 The primary duties will include:

• Analysis of the trends of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), especially relating to financial metrics such as Revenue, Compensation, Operating Expenses, Growth and Margin
• Developing financial models and analysing them to support strategic initiatives
• Providing analysis and commentary to the Executive Group (UK and US) on Business Plans; Budgets and Forecasts
• Developing and continually improving budgeting, financial projections, and forecasting processes
• Working with implementing business intelligence tools and dashboard reports
• Providing analysis of P&L costings and trending analysis
• Ad Hoc analysis; reporting and presentations.

To be considered for this role, you must be fully qualified ACCA, CIMA or ICAS, have excellent communication skills, and build a strong rapport with internal stakeholders to influence their decisions. You will have advanced Excel skills and be able to demonstrate strong IT and data manipulation skills.
