Lusona Financial Services are recruiting for a financial services administrator to join a leading investment management company in Edinburgh. You will be part of a successful support team that works directly with the paraplanners and financial planners. This role will be home-based with flexible working once restrictions are lifted. The office is centrally located within walking distance to all main transport links. This is a 6 month fixed term contract with the possibility of the position becoming permanent.

In this role you will be the first point of contact for client queries, regularly speaking to clients and providers both over the phone and in written form. You will set up new clients on the database, ensuring that any updates from the planner or providers are logged. Other responsibilities will include setting up payments for ISAs, SIPPs, claiming funds for fees, and requesting transfer forms from providers and clients.
Suitable candidates will have a minimum of 1 years experience in an administration position within financial services, ideally within an IFA practice or a product provider. Your attention to detail will be first-class, and you will have excellent communication skills.
A basic salary of up to £24K is on offer for this role along with a generous benefits package.
