Financial Controller – Retail, Tourism & Leisure
Our client is seeking a dedicated Permanent Financial Controller to join their dynamic team in Inverclyde, West Central Scotland. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee financial operations within a vibrant retail, tourism, and leisure environment, ensuring effective financial management and compliance.
- Manage and oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Coordinate with the Shared Service Centre to optimise financial activities
- Ensure adherence to company policies and financial regulations
- Assist in improving financial procedures and controls
- Support senior management with strategic financial planning
Ideal candidates will possess prior experience in a Financial Controller role within a Shared Service Centre environment, demonstrating strong leadership and analytical skills. This full-time position is based in-office during the initial 12-month FTC, with a probation period of 3 months, transitioning to 3 days in the office thereafter.
