Exciting opportunity to join our large Financial Services client in Edinburgh in a brand new team-build. This team will be responsible for statutory, management and risk reporting for their trading desks and are open to applications from those currently working in fund accounting and seeking to diversify their skillset.

Daily responsibilities are varied, including:

• Daily P&L and monthly balance sheet reporting 
• Closing ledgers, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Carrying out month-end accounting duties and MI reporting
• Involvement with project, process and system improvements
• Working directly with key stakeholders, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

All team members will benefit from comprehensive, embedded training programme and will work collaboratively to ensure the success of this new team. Provided you have demonstrable technical fund accounting experience, we would encourage you to enquire. You must be adaptable, with excellent problem solving and analytical skills and a passion for learning new concepts and skills at pace.
