Finance System & MI Analyst

Lusona Consultancy is supporting our leading Blue-chip client in the service sector to source suitable applicants for the post of Finance System & MI Analyst. Reporting to the FP&A Manager, you will support the design, build and maintenance of financial planning and analysis systems across the business. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the design, build, implementation and roll out of a new FP&A solution
• Supporting any users with data changes for actuals, forecasts, and budgets
• Helping resolve any errors or corrections within financial reporting tools
• Encouraging process improvements with the goal of refining financial close activities
• Managing the platform used for reporting, consolidating and financial planning across the business
• Overseeing the validation of data integration scripts
• Leading from development to maintenance of financial reporting and corresponding dashboards
• Writing and maintaining complex calculations

To be considered for this role you must be highly experienced in the full process of financial consolidation and financial planning systems, from design, build, through to maintenance. As a result, you will have advanced excel skills and analytical skills in order to successfully drive improvement. Ideally such skills and experience will have been acquired within a financial services setting, however other industry background will also be considered.
