Finance Manager - Salary £60,000 to £70,000 plus excellent benefits

Lusona is working with a well‑established organisation to recruit a Finance Manager for a key role within their finance function. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant looking for a broad, hands‑on position with strong exposure to senior stakeholders.
The Role
Reporting into a senior finance leader, you will take ownership of management reporting, financial control, and statutory reporting, playing a critical role in delivering high‑quality financial information to support business decision‑making.
Key Responsibilities
- Production of accurate and timely management accounts, KPIs, and financial analysis
- Preparation of variance analysis and commentary against the budget and forecast
- Review and challenge of financial information, ensuring consistency and insight
- Contribution to the statutory accounts and disclosures process
- Liaison with external auditors and support through audit cycles
- Oversight of monthly financial processes and controls within core finance systems
- Continuous improvement of reporting, controls, and documentation
Skills & Experience
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
- Strong experience in a financial reporting or management accounting role
- Good working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP experience beneficial)
- Confident communicator with the ability to challenge constructively
- Commercially aware, organised, and delivery‑focused
