Lusona consultancy is delighted to be partnered with a growing professional services company in Renfrewshire to recruit a Finance Manager. Our client have grown significantly over the last 3 years with ambitious plans to grow yet again this financial year. Having won an excellence award in recent times, our client are looking for capable and ambitious individuals with a drive and passion to improve processes and business performance. Our client offers a hybrid working environment with 3 days in office and 2 days working from home. The Finance Manager will be a pivotal leadership role in the company, initially on a contract basis for 6 months with opportunity to go permanent. The finance manager role offers a competitive salary of £65,000 - £75,000 per annum on a hybrid working basis.
The finance manager will play a significant role in Management Accounting and influencing business performance. This is a Qualified role offering strategic guidance and cash flow analysis whilst guiding and managing the operational running in team. This is a hands on role across the management accounting and reporting cycle with a wider remit in supporting strategic decision making and both short and long term financial planning. Working alongside an experienced leadership team and will set the standard for process improvement and systems development. This is a varied role involving technical, commercial and analytical insight internally and externally. You will be a qualified accountant with experience in a similar role with a desire to provide meaning management information to the business and wider finance colleagues. Experience in a variety of systems and data analytics would be preferred but non essential.
