Finance Business Partner
Glasgow (Fully Office-Based)
Salary up to £55,000 (DOE)

A new opportunity has arisen to join our client within the drinks industry as a Finance Business Partner. This role offers the chance to work closely with operational teams, influencing decisions and driving cost efficiencies across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage monthly financial reporting, as well as maintaining monthly operational forecasts and support long-term planning
• Build strong relationships with site and operational managers to improve financial understanding
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and deliver insightful analysis
• Prepare monthly journals and report key KPIs
• Support yearly insurance renewals and fixed asset verification processes
• Attend monthly steering committee meetings, providing financial support and strategic input

What You’ll Bring:

• Qualified or part-qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent)
• Proven experience in a business partnering role
• Ability to communicate complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working autonomously
