Finance Business Partner – Glasgow with hybrid working
Salary £55,000 to £70,000 plus benefits
Lusona is working exclusively with one of our Glasgow-based, engineering clients to source suitable applicants for the post of Finance Business Partner. Reporting to the Finance Director, the FBP will be responsible for analysing the financial performance of the business and reporting margins for each job.
The FBP will support operational leaders and the main tasks will include:
- Maintaining the integrity of data in the company's ERP systems
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives throughout the business
- Calculating and reporting KPIs, with responsibility for reporting the margin performance of three sites down to the job level
- Assisting the Financial Controller with the production of the monthly finance report with timely accurate information
- Co-ordinating and overseeing the monthly review of WIP and inventory
- Supporting the annual financial audit
- Responding to internal requests for financial analysis
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives throughout the business
- Continual development of enhanced reporting and the ERP system
To be considered for this role, applicants must be fully qualified, ACCA, CIMA or ICAS, have experience in WIP and costing and be able to demonstrate a track record of improving processes. Candidates must have excellent communication skills and have the ability to build positive relationships across all areas of the organisation. Hybrid working - 4 days in office and 1 day at home.
