Lusona is delighted to be working in partnership with our client to source suitable applicants for the position of Finance Assistant, based at their Head Office in Bellshill.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual who is looking to take the next step in their finance career. You'll play a key role in the financial operations of a growing and successful business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Accounts Payable invoices on Sage
- Handle incoming and outgoing invoices; manage supplier and client queries
- Manage Daily & Monthly banking
- Process payment runs
- Perform monthly reconciliation of customer and supplier accounts
- Operate financial systems including Sage for transaction tracking and reporting
- Maintain and update financial spreadsheets with daily transactions
- Provide Finance administrative support and collaborate with other departments as needed
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- Great attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills
- Confidence using Microsoft Excel
- Some experience with Sage would be wonderful, too
