Are you an analytical, curious, and commercially minded finance professional looking to take the next step in your career? We are supporting a large, complex organisation with three Finance Analyst vacancies, offering a fantastic opportunity to join a high‑performing team where your insight will genuinely influence business performance.

The Role

As a Finance Analyst, you will provide accurate, timely, and insightful financial information to support senior stakeholders. Acting as a trusted partner to operational teams, you will help ensure budgets are well‑constructed, forecasts are robust, and business cases are fully evaluated.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Producing accurate periodic financial reporting packs with clear, insightful commentary.
• Supporting the development of annual budgets, business plans, and quarterly forecasts.
• Identifying, analysing, and explaining cost trends and performance drivers.
• Completing reconciliations for relevant business areas.
• Assisting with financial modelling and analysis to support business decisions.
• Ensuring compliance with delegated authority processes.
• Enhancing financial awareness within non‑finance teams.
• Supporting ad‑hoc analysis and project work as required.

About You

We are looking for individuals who are proactive, detail‑focused, and able to communicate financial information clearly across all levels of the organisation.

Essential requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a finance or strategy role.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and risk identification.
• Ability to interpret and communicate complex financial data clearly.
• Strong communication, presentation, and report‑writing skills.
• Financial qualification or working towards (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ICAS).
• Highly IT literate, with strong MS Office skills.

Desirable:

• Exposure to systems such as Open Accounts or Cognos.
• Experience using PowerBI or similar BI tools.
