Based in Renfrewshire, our client are going through rapid transition with a technological focus on business requirements to facilitate sustainable growth and my client is now recruiting for a Financial Analyst to support with this transition. Our Client are an award winning organisation with a presence across Scotland and wider growth plans through acquisition. The financial Analyst will support the Finance team is the delivery of meaningful management information.
This role is available on a Permanent or contract basis for the right candidate who has extensive analysis and process improvement experience. Offering a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, this is a business focused role where the Financial Analyst will be given oversight of company operations and working with stakeholders to bring business insight and support future planning. This is a hybrid role, 3 days in office with parking and facilities on site. Offering 32 days annual leave, 5% company pension and study support in a friendly and progressive environment.
The Financial Analyst will be experienced in managing large data sets and manipulating date on Excel and ideally have knowledge of powerBi or similar tools. Working with the business and financial stakeholders, you will support automation and process improvement initiatives related to revenue reporting and analysis, data extraction and offering business analysis through extraction tools and bringing life to the numbers. You will will play a key role in monitoring, analysing, and improving revenue performance across operations. Working with managers onsite to collect data, you will use data-driven insights to support pricing, forecasting, and financial decision-making, helping the business optimise revenue and profitability.
The Financial Analyst will bridge the gap between data management finance and operations with a strong financial background and ability to make large data sets meaningful. You will have a strong technical background with Excel and PowerBi ideally or SQL. Strong communication skills are key to here to explain insights to non-technical stakeholders. This is a fast paced role in an evolving organisation offering career development and ability to provide meaningful information to improve performance.
