Family Law Associate (5+ PQE)
Location: Glasgow

A top-tier legal team with national recognition in family law is seeking an experienced Associate or Senior Associate to join its expanding practice in Glasgow. This is a unique opportunity to become part of one of the UK's largest and most highly ranked family law teams.

The successful candidate will play a key role in advising a wide-ranging client base on complex and high-value family matters. From financial provision on separation to child-related disputes and relocation applications, the role offers rich variety and meaningful client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on divorce, separation, financial settlements, and child-related issues.

• Independently handle client matters from initial consultation through resolution.

• Draft agreements including financial settlements, pre- and post-nuptials, and cohabitation contracts.

• Conduct court advocacy where required and manage associated litigation work.

• Collaborate across a well-resourced team to ensure exemplary client service.

• Contribute to business development, legal updates, and client-facing content.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years’ PQE with a strong background in family law.

• Demonstrated commitment to client care and collaborative working.

• Strong written and oral communication skills, with high attention to detail.

• Ability to manage complex caseloads and meet deadlines under pressure.
