Our client is a growing engineering concern, who as a result of this growth are looking to strengthen their existing team with the appointment of an experienced and ambitious Fabrication Production Manager.

Reporting to the Managing Director your remit shall be ensuring that all customer orders are delivered on time, on cost and to all quality & HSE standards. Specifically you shall;

• Manage day to day duties of a demanding workshop
• Being hands on within the Fabrication department
• Liaise with other group companies to fulfill orders
• Conduct regular customer meetings
• Take responsibility for goods outward transport
• Planning of workflow and manpower
• Recruitment of new employees
• Strong and proven man management skills
• Excellent knowledge of all Fabrication processes

The Successful Candidate will have;

• Fabrication background
• Previous management experience
• First class communication skills
• Managed 15+ employees
